What each role can do
Owner
Everything, including billing, team, and deleting the workspace. One per account.
Admin
Can approve sends, publishes, and spend. Can configure use cases and invite Members.
Member
Runs use cases and edits records. Sends and spend still need an approver.
Analyst
Read-only across the workspace, with export for analysis.
Approval rights are the permission that matters here: sends, publishes, and spend move only when someone with approval rights clicks approve. That click is logged in Activity with their name on it.
