Approval policy
- Sends
- Every email stops in your Inbox. Nothing goes out unapproved.
- Spend
- Anything metered is approved gate by gate, never in a batch.
- Publishing
- Articles and replies publish only after your approval.
- Messages you send yourself
- LinkedIn messages and community replies are drafted; you perform the send.
- Batch approvals
- Bulk approve never includes spend or you-send items.
This policy is structural, not a setting — it can't be turned off.
